Carnation Sale Order Form

Our Immanuel Lutheran School Student Council is sponsoring a Carnation Sale for Valentine’s Day.  Carnations on long stems will be $2.00 each.  If your child would like to send a flower or two to a special friend, family member, a teacher, a parent, or if you want to send one to your child in school, please fill out the form below. We will invoice you through FACTS for your order. Orders are due Tuesday, February 7th. We will order the flowers and have them delivered to the classrooms at the end of the day on Tuesday, February 14th.

 

How to order carnations?

  • Complete the form below
  • Each order # is for 1 person. For each person you send a flower(s) to fill out : name, classroom, quantity, and message fields.
  • Note : Messages will be printed on slips for each student who receives a flower.
  • Submit by Tuesday, February 7th at 3:00pm.

OR

  • Print the form from the link below and have your student fill out & decorate their own messages.
  • 2023 Valentine Carnation Sale
  • Submit by Tuesday, February 7th at 3:00pm.
