HEALTHY SLEEP HABITS FOR CHILDREN SEMINAR
A well-rested child is curious, energetic, happy, playful, and eager to learn! Parents of children ages 5 (preschool age) and younger are invited to join us for a FREE seminar in which you?ll learn how to establish healthy sleep habits in your homes ? including tips on bedtime, night wakings, and naps. Nichole Smith, a Certified Sleep SenseTM Consultant and Immanuel mom, will be leading us in this seminar. She believes that just as having a good diet and exercise are important for a healthy body, so is sleep ? and healthy sleep habits make for healthy children.
